I’m Zoë Caracatsanoudis!
A freelance graphic designer based in Melbourne.
You might be thinking Caracatsanoudis? Oh wow! How do I say that?
CARROTS-CATS-AND-NOODLES? NOPE
CARA-CATCH-A-NUDIST? CLOSE!
CARA-CAT-SAN-OODIS? YOU GOT IT!
A little about me.
Originally from regional Victoria, I graduated from LaTrobe University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Graphic Design.
I started work as a full-time designer at a local print and design studio, a great first job for a graduate, it enabled me to gain a wealth of industry knowledge fast. Here I attained an insight into pre-press, liaised with clientele and worked on and led a diverse range of projects. From print and digital design to brand communications, signage and environmental design, we covered it all.
Fast forward a few years and a move to Melbourne where I have had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most recognised brands.
It’s here where I have developed an appreciation for strategy and data and how smart design is a collaboration of both creativity and strategy. I strive to create work that follows this philosophy, work that is focused, embodies the brand and communicates effectively whilst still enabling creative exploration.
With experience across a multitude of platforms and applications, I pride myself in being a multi-disciplinary designer. With a passion for design, typography, colour, illustration and animation I am always eager to learn new skills to become a greater asset across all aspects of design.
